Please use the span to screw the prime plug as tight as possible. If there is still water leaking, you can use sealing tape(INCLUDED) on the prime plug and do it again.
NO WATER(PUMPING): (1) Filled water in the pump housing before plugging in and try to let the inlet hose be full of water too. (2) Install a check valve at the end of the inlet hose. The inlet hose should be rigid or reinforced hose. (3) Make sure the whole inlet hose is Well Sealed.
WATER FLOW NOT CONSTANTLY: Please tighten the inlet connector to avoid air income(To be sealed well, it is recommended to use the sealing tape).
ATTENTION: The max distance to a water source is 15FT and the max vertical suction depth down to the water source is 3FT under the standard size of the inlet hose(pipe) is 1". The bigger the inlet hose size is, the lower the vertical suction depth is.

The pump can pump water, oil, acid-base solution, liquid metal, pulp, mud, etc. The pump used for pumping water is called a water pump, also known as a water pump. First of all, if it cannot be started, this is a common fault in water pump maintenance. At this time, you should first check the power supply: you can check whether the connector is firmly connected, and at the same time, you should also check whether its switch contact is tight, whether the fuse is blown, and whether the three-phase power supply is equal. For example, if you find that your power supply has an open circuit, poor contact, the fuse is blown, or phase loss, you should repair it at this time. If it is not for these problems, it may be the mechanical failure of the water pump itself.
The common reasons are: the packing is too tight or the impeller and pump body are blocked by sundries; The pump shaft, bearing and leakage reducing ring are rusted, and the pump shaft is severely bent. The solution is to loosen the filler and dredge the water diversion tank; In this way, the pump body can be disassembled to remove sundries and rust; Remove the pump shaft for calibration or replace it with a new one.
Moreover, if the water pump heats up, it may be because the bearing is damaged, or the clearance between the rolling bearing or bracket cover is too small, so the pump shaft will be bent or the two shafts will not be concentric. If the tape is too tight, there is a lack of oil or poor oil quality, the balance hole on the impeller is blocked, and the impeller loses balance, increasing the thrust to one side.
Solution: replace the bearing; Remove the rear cover and install shims between the bracket and the bearing seat.
So what if the flow is insufficient? Generally speaking, for example, the power speed is not matched or the belt slips, which makes the speed low, the axial flow pump blade installation angle is too small, the lift is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a right angle bend, the suction lift is high, the bottom valve, pipeline, and impeller are partially blocked or the impeller is damaged, and the outlet pipe leaks seriously.
Our solution is to restore the rated speed first, and at the same time, remember to remove the belt oil dirt, adjust the belt tightness, and adjust the blade angle. Only in this way can we reduce the installation position of the water pump, shorten the pipeline or change the curvature of the pipeline, seal the air leakage of the water pump, compress the packing, remove the blockage, replace the impeller, replace the leakage ring, and block the water leakage.
